Annex Houston is proud to present this 1991 BMW 318is, finished in Red with a Tan Interior. This car has been sitting in storage for 7-8 years until 2016. Upon leaving storage the car received an extensive service: drained gas tank, removed and cleaned fuel pump, new fuel filter, new fan clutch and thermostat, drained and replaced fluids in radiator, intake manifold replaced, complete tune-up, new temperature sensor on radiator, fuel pressure regulator replaced, charged A/C with R134A, new battery and new alternator, new shocks/struts, I can go on. The car is running great now. Clean Carfax!!!
